My very first time going to amberbeila and it's amazing. Rachel, Ella and their team did such an amazing job for my deep clean on skin and pores. They are realistic, grounded and very honest about my skin. I've learnt alot about my skin too. If anyone of you are afraid that they will "hard sell", don't. They will give you options and alternatives but definitely not push you for something you are not comfortable with. Once again thank you so much for your wonderful service ❤️

Christine is incredibly meticulous and did an amazing job shaping my eyebrows, even taking the time to remove the finest hairs. My skin felt smoother and looked visibly brighter after the session. Jeannie, who did my facial previously at the Chun Tin branch, was wonderful as well - and when I happened to bump into her at the Raffles Place branch, she was just as warm and welcoming. Ella was also very friendly and helpful, recommending a reasonable package with no hard selling. Overall, a truly pleasant experience and I’m very happy with the results!

Had a trial session with Sharon. She was gentle and thorough in the extraction; overall a good facial experience. Her colleague ran through the packages in detail after, and was open to negotiating a reasonable package comparable to what I would get at other facial salons.

I had a facial today with Sharon (first time trial at a very attractive rate) and Cathy was the consultant who patiently explained the packages available. They are not pushy and very professional.

I had such a lovely experience here! I went for an eye facial massage and it was honestly so relaxing. My sister recommended me to Joey and I had a great experience for the recent facial. The extraction was less painful compared to other facials I’ve tried, and I felt refreshed after the 1.5-hour session. Her massage technique was also very good. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would highly recommend her.

Went for the deep pore cleansing facial and it was a great experience! It was my 2nd time here and i already see significant results and today my therapist was Jeannie, she really was very detailed and gentle.. i had the most painless extraction. Great experience overall, however price point is a bit of higher end but i guess its worth it for the results im seeing and the most accomodating service.

I had a pleasant experience as I have been a loyal customer since 2023 - the therapists' and consultants' care and concern for my skin has been exceptional as my skin has been clear and exemplary! My favourite has been Sharon as she has been so loving and I love speaking to her, her presence has been soothing and I always ask for her whenever she's around. Apart from her, I love speaking to all the therapists and consultants! So friendly and warm to be around with and they gave me great advice. My skin has overall improved in complexion and overall looks brighter and I have gotten a lot of compliments on my clear skin!
